Introduction

Lasti (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

Lasti is designed with a “Local First” philosophy. All your data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Event Data: Names, icons, and colors of events you create
• Record Data: Timestamps and optional notes for your records
• App Settings: Your preferences and configurations

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

Data Storage

• All data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple’s SwiftData framework
• Data is stored in your device’s secure container
• We do not have access to your data
• We do not use cloud servers or databases

Data Export

You can export your data at any time through the Settings menu. The exported data is in JSON format and is shared using Apple’s standard Share Sheet. We do not receive or store any exported data.

Third-Party Services

StoreKit (Apple)

We use Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple may collect transaction data according to their privacy policy. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics or tracking services. We do not collect:

• Usage statistics
• Device information
• Location data
• Personal identifiers

Children’s Privacy

Lasti does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The App is designed for general audiences.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, data security is managed by iOS’s built-in security features, including:

• Device passcode protection
• Face ID / Touch ID
• Device encryption

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data within the App
• Export: Export your data in JSON format anytime
• Delete: Delete individual records, events, or all data
• Portability: Your exported data is in a standard, readable format

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date.
