Lasti Terms of Service / 服务条款

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lasti (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lasti is a lightweight life event tracking application that helps you record and track when you last did certain activities. The App provides:

Event creation and management
Time record tracking
Calendar view for historical records
Home screen widget for quick logging
Data export functionality

3. User Requirements

You must have a compatible iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4. User Data and Content

All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device
You retain full ownership of your data
You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature
We are not responsible for any data loss due to device damage, loss, or software issues

5. Subscription and In-App Purchases

5.1 Free Version

The free version of Lasti allows you to create up to 6 events with full functionality.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium unlocks unlimited events. Subscription options include:

Monthly Subscription: ¥8 / $1.99 per month
Annual Subscription: ¥49 / $19.99 per year
Lifetime Purchase: ¥89 / $39.99 one-time payment

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Lasti and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
Transfer the App or any rights to it to any third party

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of data
Loss of profits
Loss of use

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates.

月度订阅：每月 ¥8 / $1.99
年度订阅：每年 ¥49 / $19.99
永久购买：一次性支付 ¥89 / $39.99

5.3 付款条款

确认购买后，将从您的 Apple ID 账户扣款
除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订
您的账户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内被扣除续订费用
您可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理和取消订阅

5.4 退款

所有购买均通过 Apple App Store 处理。退款请求必须根据 Apple 的退款政策向 Apple 提出。

6. 知识产权

Lasti 及其原创内容、功能和功能性归我们所有
本应用受版权、商标和其他知识产权法律保护
您不得复制、修改或分发本应用或其任何部分

7. 禁止用途

您同意不会：

将本应用用于任何非法目的
尝试对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
删除本应用中的任何版权或专有声明
将本应用或其任何权利转让给任何第三方

8. 免责声明

本应用按”现状”和”可用”基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。

9. 责任限制

利润损失
使用权损失

10. 条款变更

我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。我们将通过更新”最后更新”日期来通知用户任何重大变更。在变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受新条款。

11. 终止

我们可能会立即终止或暂停您对本应用的访问，无需事先通知，原因包括违反这些条款。

12. 适用法律

这些条款应受应用开发者所在司法管辖区法律的管辖并按其解释。
