1. How does PhotoSpace protect my privacy? / PhotoSpace 如何保护我的隐私？

English: PhotoSpace runs 100% offline on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. All analysis and processing happens locally using Apple’s on-device machine learning.

2. Will deleting photos permanently remove them? / 删除照片会永久移除吗？

English: No. Deleted photos are moved to your device’s “Recently Deleted” album, where they can be recovered within 30 days. After 30 days, they are permanently deleted by iOS.

3. How do I cancel my subscription? / 如何取消订阅？

English:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad

  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find PhotoSpace and tap Cancel Subscription

4. How do I restore my purchase? / 如何恢复购买？

English: Go to the Subscription page in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

English: Please check your privacy settings:

  1. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos
  2. Find PhotoSpace
  3. Select Full Access

6. Is my Private Vault secure? / 私密保险箱安全吗？

English: Yes. Photos in your Private Vault are encrypted and protected by Face ID/Touch ID. They are stored locally on your device and are not accessible by any other apps or backed up to cloud services.
