By downloading or using Fluxio Video Compress (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store terms. Except where law permits, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
The App provides on-device video compression and trimming. You are responsible for the videos you process and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them. Do not use the App to infringe rights or violate law.
Use Restore Purchases in the App with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoration depends on Apple’s StoreKit service and network availability.
Video processing occurs on-device. Output size, quality, duration, and processing time depend on the source video, selected settings, device capability, and available storage. Keep backups of important originals and review output before relying on it.
We may update the App, change features or limits, or discontinue the App. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or access to App Store services.
The App, including its code, interface, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that output will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit, or revenue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access where required by law or for a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination remain effective.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA on the App license, Apple’s Standard EULA controls. Applicable mandatory consumer law and the law of your place of residence may apply.

本应用的代码、界面和品牌等权利归开发者所有并受法律保护。本条款不向你转让任何知识产权。
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”提供，不作任何形式的保证。我们不保证应用持续无中断或无错误，也不保证输出满足所有需求。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、继发或惩罚性损失，或数据、利润、收入损失承担责任。法律规定的强制性消费者权利不受影响。
你可随时停止使用本应用。法律要求或你严重违反本条款时，我们可暂停使用权限。依性质应在终止后继续有效的条款仍然有效。
使用本应用还需遵守 Apple 条款和 Apple 媒体服务条款。如本条款与 Apple 标准 EULA 在应用许可方面冲突，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。你居住地的强制性消费者保护法律及其他适用法律可能同时适用。

Fluxio Video Compress（「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は使用しないでください。
AppleのApp Store規約に従うことを条件に、あなたが所有または管理するAppleデバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを付与します。法律で認められる場合を除き、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変、貸与、サブライセンスを行ってはなりません。
本アプリは端末内での動画圧縮・トリミング機能を提供します。処理する動画に必要な権利と許可を有すること、およびその利用について、あなたが責任を負います。権利侵害や法令違反となる利用を行ってはなりません。
購入時と同じApple Accountを使用し、アプリ内の「購入を復元」を実行してください。復元にはAppleのStoreKitサービスとネットワーク接続が必要です。
動画は端末内で処理されます。出力サイズ、画質、長さ、処理時間は、元動画、設定、端末性能、空き容量により異なります。重要な元動画はバックアップを残し、利用前に出力結果を確認してください。
本アプリの更新、機能や制限の変更、または提供の終了を行う場合があります。互換性、セキュリティ、App Storeサービスのために更新が必要となる場合があります。
本アプリのコード、UI、ブランド等の権利は開発者に帰属し、法律で保護されます。本規約はいかなる知的財産権も移転しません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。中断やエラーがないこと、または出力がすべての要件を満たすことを保証しません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、懲罰的損害、またはデータ、利益、収益の損失について責任を負いません。強行的な消費者保護上の権利は影響を受けません。
あなたはいつでも本アプリの使用を停止できます。法律上必要な場合、または本規約への重大な違反がある場合、利用を停止することがあります。性質上存続すべき条項は終了後も有効です。
本アプリの利用にはAppleの規約およびApple Media Services利用規約も適用されます。アプリのライセンスについて本規約とApple標準EULAが矛盾する場合、Apple標準EULAが優先します。居住地の強行的な消費者保護法その他の適用法が適用される場合があります。
