Information stored on your device

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is used to remember completed places, progress, and purchase-related presentation state. The developer does not receive it. Deleting ClueAtlas may remove this local information.

App Store purchases

Apple processes downloads, in-app purchases, payment information, and purchase restoration. ClueAtlas receives purchase entitlement information from Apple so it can unlock purchased content. The developer does not receive your full payment details. Apple's handling of this information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Maps and location

ClueAtlas uses Apple MapKit to display maps. ClueAtlas does not request access to your device location. Pins you place are used for gameplay and are not sent to the developer. Apple's operation of MapKit is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Support email

If you voluntarily email support, the developer receives your email address and the information you include. That information is used only to reply and troubleshoot the issue. It is not sold or used for advertising. Please do not include passwords or payment information.

Children's privacy

ClueAtlas does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information by support email may contact the developer to request its deletion.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if ClueAtlas features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
