Answers for playing, unlocking the Launch Collection, and restoring a purchase.
Getting started
- Read the current clue and place your pin on the map.
- Confirm your guess to see its distance and direction from the hidden place.
- Use the new clue and feedback to adjust. You have up to three guesses.
Content and purchases
ClueAtlas includes 12 mystery places to play for free.
A one-time purchase unlocks the remaining 78 places in the 90-place Launch Collection. There is no subscription, no advertising, and no paid hint system.
Restore Purchases
Open Settings, choose Content & Purchases, then tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Troubleshooting
The purchase product is unavailable
Confirm that you can access the App Store, that in-app purchases are allowed on the device, and that your Apple Account is signed in. Then reopen ClueAtlas.
I purchased the collection but content is still locked
Use Restore Purchases with the original Apple Account. If the purchase was just completed, wait briefly and try once more.
I need a refund
Apple manages App Store billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to review an eligible purchase or request help from Apple.
Contact support
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment information.
